Travis Kelce skips playoffs after marriage rumours with Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce and other NFL champs will not be playing Playoffs
Travis Kelce and his pal Patrick Mahomes, who have star performers this NFL season, will reportedly be sitting out the Wild Card Playoffs games kicking off this weekend.
The Kansas City Chiefs, who have been collecting back to back wins under their belts, clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC following their 2024 Christmas victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“I thought it was a full-team performance. Defense stepped up, offense stepped up [and] everyone had their imprint on the game,” Chiefs quarterback Mahomes told the press after the game. “I told my pregnant wife [Brittany Mahomes] I was going to get the No. 1 seed, so we can have the baby.”
The No. 1 seed pick does not have to play in a Wild Card game.
Meanwhile, the Grotesquerie star will reportedly spend time with his popstar girlfriend Taylor Swift, whom he has stayed with since the New Year's Eve.
The lovebirds sparked marriage speculations as they spent an intimate NYE celebration together at the NFL star's home town, Missouri.
Kelce’s team will be playing against the winner of one of the Wild Card games later this month in a divisional playoff round.
