Kansas City Chiefs president shuts down rumours about Taylor Swift romance

However, the Kansas City Chiefs president, Mark Donovan, is setting the record straight as he defended the authenticity of the couple’s relationship.

In an appearance on CNBC's Squawk Box on November 20th, he said, “I’d love to say that it was a marketing strategy, but it is an authentic relationship, and we’re happy to have it.”

Donovan added that the Eras Tour performer and tight end's relationship has been "nothing but good" for the Kansas City organisation.

"I think the best thing I can say about the whole relationship and the impact it’s had on us is: Taylor Swift is an authentic member of the Kansas City Chiefs kingdom. She is an authentic fan, and that matters to our fans and our fanbase, and it matters to us and we try to respect that.”

This comes after the 14-time-Grammy winner has appeared in multiple games to cheer on beau over the period of their relationship.

Recently, the Anti-Hero hitmaker flew to Chiefs game during the break of her Eras Tour shows.
