Barry Keoghan marks special parenting milestone

Barry Keoghan marked a major milestone as a parent.

In a rare parenting update, the father of one revealed during his appearance at the Happy Sad Confused podcast that his son Brando has begun to speak.

"I have a lovely relationship with my little boy," the actor who is tapped to star alongside Cillian Murphy in the upcoming Peaky Blinders movie, reflected on his bond with his two-year-old son. "I ‘m getting to see him grow, and it gives me such love and hope."

"He’s started to talk now," the proud dad, 32, shared, quipping, "He can back chat!"

"But the puppy eyes, man," the Saltburn star continued, "They look at you, and you’re like, 'Okay. Here’s chocolate. I’ll eat it with you.'"

During the podcast’s Monday, November 18, episode, the Batman actor further shared his baby boy "loves Cars," the 2006 Disney movie, "It’s his thing."

For the unversed, Keoghan shares son Brando with his former girlfriend, Alyson Sandro.

The Scottish dental nurse and orthodontic therapist started dating the actor in 2021 and called it quits in 2023 after welcoming their son in 2022.
