Ben Affleck reveals real reason behind split from Jennifer Lopez

Ben Affleck has reportedly disclosed the real reason behind his split from Jennifer Lopez to a friend. 

As reported by The Daily Mail, the Air director was extremely upset with the singer's decision to launch her cocktail line, Delola as he had overcome his drinking addiction.

The Hollywood actor's pal shared with the media outlet, "Ben had to fight to get his life back after overcoming alcohol. Knowing how he lost everything including the love of his family, knowing that he could possibly relapse, Jen decided to start her own spritzer line for more money, as if she did not have enough."

The report stated, "This was one of the things that broke the camel's back. But Ben saved his sobriety." 

It is said to believe that the Gone Girl star has chosen his healthy life over Lopez. 

Earlier, Daily Mail also reported that the renowned Hollywood couple's divorce documents "are finalized, but not yet turned in," leaving their fans heartbroken. 

For the unversed, Lopez and Affleck got engaged in the early 2000s before calling it quits a few years later.

The couple ended up rekindling their romance in 2021 and secretly got married the following year.
