James Van Der Beek shares glimpse of Egyptian family getaway on social media
James Van Der Beek is soaking in every second of summer time to strengthening his family bond.
On Wednesday, June 26, the Dawson’s Creek star took to Instagram to post a photo dump from his recent family getaway to Egypt.
"#Egypt… With all my vocabulary, 'Wow' is what fell out of my mouth most of the time," he began the caption of the post featuring his wife, Kimberly Van Der Beek and their six kids. "We were gifted a magical experience; one I’m still processing - and might be for the rest of my life."
"The kids were rock stars, my friends became brothers," he continued, "and despite all the travel and time zone crossing and early-morning alarms, I feel re-charged."
The cover photo of the carousel showcased the whole family posing beside a camel with three Egyptian pyramids in the background.
The following snapshots featured the kid playing and enjoying in the desert sand and sitting beside one other while enjoying the spectacular sights.
