Jessica Biel returns to work as Justin Timberlake is released from custody

Jessica Biel put on a brave face as she returned to the set of The Better Sister just hours after her husband, Justin Timberlake, was released from police custody.

On Tuesday, June 18, the actress appeared unfazed as she resumed work following the arrest drama.

For the unversed, People reported that a representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department confirmed the SexyBack singer was arrested for driving while intoxicated or impaired.

According to a source, Timberlake was pulled over while driving from the American hotel to a friend’s house in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

By 11 a.m. local time, the 43-year-old was released from custody after appearing in court. He is scheduled to return to court on Friday, July 26, for a hearing about the DWI charge.

The next day following his arrest on Monday night, Timberlake was photographed in handcuffs as he was escorted by police.

Later, he was seen leaving the police station in the Hamptons with his attorney, Ed Burke.

Meanwhile, Biel was spotted in New York City continuing to film her Apple TV+ series.

She wore a costume that she had been photographed in while filming the previous week. 

Though she maintained a strong appearance and smiled a bit, Daily Mail believed she was tired and muted.
