Jennifer Aniston has recently announced her first children’s book titled Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, which will hit the bookstores on October 1.
In a press statement shared via PEOPLE, Aniston revealed that the debut book is the first installment in a four-book deal between the actress and the publisher as well as animation studio, Invisible Universe.
“When I decided to partner with Invisible Universe to bring Clydeo (rescue-life dog) to life on social media, I could have never imagined how much joy he would bring to his fans and followers,” said the Friends alum in a statement.
Aniston stated, “I could not be more thrilled to be taking Clydeo and his stories to publishing, where he will hopefully inspire children and dog-lovers alike with his adorable journey to find his true passion.”
Nancy Inteli, vice president and publisher of HarperCollins Children’s Books shared, “We are incredibly proud to partner with the one and only Jennifer Aniston and Invisible Universe to bring Clydeo’s silliness, kindness and warmth to life in books.”

Moreover, Tricia Biggio, Co-Founder & CEO of Invisible Universe, also said in a statement, “Getting to partner with Jennifer Aniston to bring this character and story to life has been a career high. I can’t wait to share Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life with kids and families around the world!”
