Bill Gates making Dolly Chaiwala Windows 12 brand ambassador?
Dolly Chaiwala gets famous for sweet interaction with Bill Gates
Nobody can avoid getting to know Dolly Chaiwala. The man has become more than just a tea vendor since his video with Bill Gates went viral.
Although he is recognised as a content creator on social media, there have been recent claims that he has been named the new Windows 12 ambassador, according to News18.
A post by Bindu Times declared: “Dolly Chaiwala made brand ambassador for Windows 12.” This ignited a flurry of disbelief and shock among commenters, who shared the post without realising it was satire! “Please tell me it’s a joke,” requested one baffled user. “IITians crying in the corner,” quipped another.
Windows 12 is expected to be released either in late 2024 or early 2025, but Microsoft hasn't even mentioned a release date. Actually, the corporation has not made any official announcement regarding developing the OS or appointing Dolly Chaiwala as its spokesperson.
Neither Bill Gates nor Microsoft have commented on this. Therefore, the report from Bindu Times is undoubtedly humorous.
Dolly, who is originally from Nagpur in Maharashtra, has amassed a sizable fan base on Instagram, with more than 10,000 followers who are enthralled by his lively personality and tea stories. But everything about this "ordinary" tea vendor didn't go viral on the internet until he posted a video of himself with Microsoft co-founder "The" Bill Gates preparing and serving his famous Tapri chai!
