Princess Anne tipped to confront Harry, Meghan over attacks on royal family

King Charles has been advised to enlist Princess Anne to deal with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the wake of a string of attacks leveled by them at the royal family.

In a recent episode of the Daiy Mail’s Palace Confidential podcast, royal expert Sarah Vine explained how most of the problems in Prince William and Kate Middleton’s lives are due to the challenges posed by the Sussexes.

She also claimed that having the Princess Royal deal with Harry and Meghan is “the answer to all the royal family’s problems”.

“I think the thing about William and Catherine is that they have been going through lots with the nightmares with the Sussexes,” Vine said.

“You know I suspect a lot of what’s going on in their private life is to do with the sort of fallout from that,” she explained, “because being you know being accused of being a racist is not a nice thing.”

“I imagine it upsets Catherine deeply and I think William is probably just sort of drawing his arms around his family as you would do naturally as a good parent.”

“I think they should wheel out Princess Anne,” the royal expert affirmed, prompting chuckles from the panelists. “I think she’s the answer to all the royal family’s problems.”

“I think we should send Princess Anne to deal with Harry and Meghan,” Sarah said, adding: “Because I think if you got a call from Princess Anne you’d sit up jolly straight ... [and she’d say] ‘I’m not cross with you harry i’m just very disappointed’.”
