Mercedes partners up with Binghatti for Dubai's Mercedes-Benz Places tower
Tower's construction is expected to be completed by 2026
German luxury car brand Mercedes-Benz is partnering up with United Arab Emirates (UAE) developer Binghatti to create the Mercedes-Benz Places tower in Dubai, Gulf Today reported on Friday.
The towering structure combines Mercedes-Benz's futuristic pattern of recurring three-point stars with an elliptical form that prominently displays its rich history spanning over a century with ultra-modern architecture.
With the reputation of being one of Dubai's most renowned and finest residential builders, Binghatti's impressive property development portfolio, combined with the long-standing automotive luxury legacy of the Mercedes-Benz brand, the new luxury residential tower, will surely be one of the most sought-after upcoming residences in the world for both luxury car enthusiasts and others.
Housing a total of 150 apartments, the 65-storey residential tower will provide a holistic, connected and desirable luxury living experience. The tower is expected to be completed by 2026.
"We are profoundly excited to be working with Mercedes-Benz to develop the new Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai. We aim to create an unmatched experience of living for residents and guests from all over the world.
"Mercedes-Benz Places will capture the spirit of elevated living that is inherent within the Binghatti brand identity, creating an iconic project manifesting timeless design and elegance." said Muhammad BinGhatti, the chief executive officer of Binghatti Properties.
