A judicial magistrate of Model Town courts has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for an accused in a dacoity case. The court has directed authorities concerned to make sure the arrest of the accused Jawad Ashraf and produce him before the court by October 29. Gull Manan had registered a dacoity case against Jawad Ashraf in Ghalib Market police station. However, as per claim of the complainant, police was deliberately delaying the arrest of the accused. The complainant approached the court and pleaded that police was not intentionally arresting the accused. The court after hearing the arguments of the petitioner, directed Ghalib Market police to arrest Jawad Ashraf and produce him before the court by October 29.
