A training course for medical teachers and supervisors was arranged at CPSP Regional Centre Lahore which was facilitated by Prof Zahid Kamal Siddiqui and Dr Rukhsana Majid. The course was attended by professors and medical teachers from across the province of Punjab.
Addressing the concluding ceremony on Thursday, Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal, Senior Vice-President said that CPSP had made six training courses mandatory for medical teachers and supervisors. The standard of training will increase with these training courses and the training gap will also be filled. He said that doctor should be a savior with good characteristics. A few polite words and soft attitude of doctor may be the remedy for patient and the humanity.
Under the leadership of Prof Zafarullah Chaudhry, President, CPSP, we want to put supervisors and under-training doctors on the track of international level, so that, good doctors could be available for the masses. He said that CPSP would introduce new fellowships including transplant very soon. In this way the doctors for every discipline would be available in required number.
