A lot of visitors visited flowers festival on the second day.
MPA Mian Naveed Ali was the chief guest on the occasion. Almost all departments had established different stalls. Addressing a ceremony on the occasion, DCO Javed Akhtar Mahmood said the Punjab government was organising the festival to inculcate healthy activities in the youth.
