LAHORE : The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) sealed 82 quack centres on Saturday in various cities.
The action was taken in different areas of 14 districts including Chiniot, Multan, Attock, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Vehari, Layyah, Rahim Yar Khan, Narowal, Kasur, Khushab, Lahore, Bahawalnagar and Lodhran. The PHC teams were accompanied by officials of the district administration and police.
It is pertinent to mention here that during this week the PHC teams had visited 1,289 centres sealed 492 businesses during operation against the quacks.
