LAHORE: Nurses of Lahore General Hospital set an example of kindness by helping an unidentified patient. Three weeks ago, a 60-year-old person was shifted from district headquarters hospital, Kasur, in unconscious condition to LGH, where nurses provided all possible medical help and bought other necessary items from market from their own pockets. According to a press release Thursday, the patient was admitted to PINS Neurosurgery South Emergency Unit-II where the nurses tried to extend all possible facility from their own resources. When the patient came to senses, he introduced himself as Islam, a resident of Baidiaan Road, Lahore. His sons were called and they became emotional on seeing him alive and in good health.
