HAJI Muhammad Akram, father of senior journalist Shahzada Irfan Ahmed, Assistant Editor at The News on Sunday (TNS) died here on Sunday.
His funeral prayers was held at Boharh Wali Masjid at Sultanpura, which was attended by a large number of people from different walks of life, including journalists. He was buried at Shah Jamal graveyard. Meanwhile, journalist community and people from different walks of life have expressed profound grief over the demise of father of Shahzada Irfan and prayed for the departed soul. Qul Khwani for the departed soul will be held today (Monday) at 3pm at Boharh Wali Masjid, Sultanpura (Jinnah Park), near Hide Market, GT Road. Contact No. 0321-9440204.
