LAHORE. An inauguration ceremony of a new building of PAF School for Special Education was held at PAF Base, Lahore, today. Begum Shehla Tahir, President Pakistan Air Force Women Association (PAFWA), was the chief guest. Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force, who is Patron-in-Chief (PAFWA), also attended the ceremony. The new building which has been constructed within a year is specially designed to meet the educational requirements of special children. It has the capacity to provide high-tech education facilities to more than 100 special children of PAF personnel and civilians. The special school’s sections include vocational room, physiotherapy room, doctors room, play room and computer room. The PAFWA is running 12 such schools in various cities of Pakistan.
