Meghan Markle is unlikely to make Britain her permanent home
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who have returned to Britain with their children Archie and Lilibet, will not join the royal family for Christmas this year, a royal expert has claimed.
The Mirror quoted royal expert Alison Boshoff as claiming that Harry and Meghan will reportedly be spending Christmas in Montecito.
She suggested Meghan is unlikely to make Britain her permanent home, even if Harry and the children spend more time here.
However, the royal expert disclosed that she had been told the plan is for Meghan and Harry to spend school holidays — with Christmas the first major one — back in Montecito.
She said, "I'm told that is the plan is to go back to Montecito in the school holidays, first one coming up is Christmas.
"I think it's really wise and sensible.”
"I think from what I'm told there is not a desire to be provocative," Alison added.
Prince Harry, Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet moved back to UK on last Wednesday.
Archie and Lilibet have reportedly been enrolled at a private school in UK.
The expert said Meghan would continue travelling back to Montecito for work, while the family could also return to California during school holidays, including to visit her mother, Doria Ragland.
