A royal expert has claimed that former Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson has been hiding out in Cape Town, South Africa amid her plans to return to Britain.

Royal expert Rob Shuter has claimed this in his latest piece for Naughty But Nice substack.

Citing the insiders, the expert claims Sarah was spotted 'dining quietly' at a restaurant in Table View with a younger blonde woman and a small dog — while apparently going completely unnoticed.

The expert said Sarah had the ‘perfect disguise’ and nobody recognized her there.

The eyewitness describes the former Duchess as blonde, noticeably slimmer and almost unrecognizable from the familiar redheaded Duchess Britain has watched for decades.

The source said, “Nobody had a clue it was Fergie. The famous red hair was gone. She was blonde, much slimmer and looked completely different. Honestly, she had the perfect disguise.”

Rob further explained at one point, a five-year-old began petting Sarah’s dog, giving the family an unexpected close-up encounter. But the biggest surprise came after Ferguson left.

He continued to claim the family showed restaurant employees photographs of Sarah — and staff revealed “she wasn’t exactly a stranger”.

“They told us she was a regular and had been coming in for weeks. That’s when we realized this wasn’t a quick dinner. Fergie had apparently been hiding in plain sight.”
