Princess Eugenie on Monday revealed the name of her daughter, she and her husband Jack Brooksbank welcomed two weeks back, with a major snub to Sarah Ferguson.
The York Princess has named her daughter, Adelaide Elizabeth Annina, in honour of people she “loves and admires”, but one name was notably missing, her mother former Duchess Sarah.
Eugenie took to Instagram and shared the sweet photos of the daughter and revealed, “We are so happy to share Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank. Named after three people we love and admire past and present, including her Great-Grandmother who we hold close in our hearts.”
Eugenie has sparked reactions after she revealed the name with snub to Sarah, and one fan said “Such a beautiful name and lovely pictures, I’m sure the late Queen is so happy with this wonderful and proper tribute.”
Another said, “Congratulations Your Royal Highness and Mr Brooksbank, what a beautiful name to match a beautiful daughter.”
“Absolutely LOVE the name!!!,” the third said.
The fourth said, “Love her names. Adelaide was my 2x Great Grandmothers name. Can see her big brothers are very protective already xx.”
