Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have caused the biggest royal issue since the death of Princess Diana, that too because of how badly the public has taken to their friendship with a convicted child sex offender.
Royal historian Gareth Russell is one that came forward with this comment first and he’s told Us Weekly, “without question, this is the biggest royal scandal in the last century.”
What makes this situation different and even more ‘final’ is the fact that the entire family ended up ‘blindsided’. Reportedly “no one was advised of his arrest ahead of time.”
As for comebacks or public apologies, there is also a consensus bubbling to the surface and it believes what’s done is done because not much has been left in the way of a royal return as they both are “very much in survival mode.”
A similar sentiment comes from Omid Scobie, a fellow author and commentator who added, that the ousting of the Epstein files proves without a shadow of a doubt “there was a lot more going on than we thought.”
And since “The British public have a lot of questions, and at some point, some of those questions need to be answered,” he also added as part of a reminder and a warning.
