At least nine million people have seen a resurfaced video of Meghan Markle meeting Beyoncé and Jay-Z at an event following the revelation that the rapper was mentioned in Epstein files.
The reason the video garnered such a massive engagement on social media was not only because it featured two celebrities with a royal.
It was the claim that accompanied it in the caption, with the user who shared it implying Jay-Z's touch was inappropriate.
It was also suggested that Beyoncé deliberately looked the other way when it happened.
Some users accused Beyoncé of being in collusion with her husband, Jay-Z's inappropriate activities.
Beyoncé has always been the target of anti-Meghan camp since the singer has long supported the wife of Prince Harry after she faced a campaign against her in the British media before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from their royal duties.
Beyoncé had approached the Duchess of Sussex a day after she and Prince Harry's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey was aired following their departure from the UK.
Notably, the final episode of the couple's Netflix 2022 documentary Harry & Meghan shows Harry reacting hilariously when Meghan says, "Beyoncé just texted."
Harry then teases his wife for not showing excitement despite getting a text from the singer.
Meghan Markle laughs and tells her husband, "I still can't believe she really knows who I am".
The Duchess then reads Beyoncé's text that says, "I want you feel safe and protected."
Megha says "she(Beyoncé) admires and respects my bravery and vulnerability and thinks I was selected to break generational curses that need to be healed. Commenting on Beyoncé's text, Prince Harry says, "That's well said."
