Sarah Ferguson is said to be preparing to begin a new journey without the support of her ex-huband Andrew while hunting for a new separate home after being ordered to leave Royal Lodge.
According to a new report, Ferguson is moving forward to embrace a new chapter of life with an open heart as she's comfortable with Andrew and King's decisions.
Royal insiders and Ferguson's friends claim that the 66-year-old will remain committed to maintaining a positive relationship with the royal family, despite losing her Duchess of York title.
Revealing Fergie's reaction to Andrew's announcement of giving up his royal title and honour, a royal insider said, 'She won't turn her back on her former husband. She will not even defy King Charles' decision.'
On October 17, Andrew announced to relinquish his title and honours, saying: 'In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family. I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first.'
The former duke continued, 'I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life. With His Majesty's agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.'
However, people are still curious to know Ferguson's reaction towards the bombshell decison of her ex-husband with whom she spent the most years of her life.
As per Fergie's pal, 'Ferguson might not be expecting this so quickly, but she's totally calm.'
'She's not in panic about this. She will always have the royals' back. King Charles and the late Queen never left her alone when things got tough,' they explained.
it is to mention here thatthe mother-of-two continued the courtesy title of Duchess of York after her divorce from Andrew in 1996, but used her maiden name professionally over the years.
