LAHORE:Ameer Uddin Medical College, Principal Prof Dr Farooq Afzal has emphasised that Summer Clinical Enhancement and Resuscitation Training Camp will play an important role in improving the skills and knowledge of medical students /healthcare professionals. He added that through structured training and practical experience within a specific clinical setting or specialty always add more experience for doctors. He stated that such training, particularly in life-saving techniques for critical patients, plays a vital role in preparing future healthcare professionals and has long-lasting impact on their clinical practice.
He made these remarks while addressing the concluding ceremony of a five-day Summer Clinical Camp, organised by Ameer Uddin Medical College where certificates were also distributed among participants while 100 students of final-year MBBS took part in this training session.
Prof Farooq Afzal urged young doctors to pay special attention to patient examination, advanced diagnostic methods and modern treatment protocols. The camp featured lectures and training sessions by a distinguished panel of faculty, including Prof Farah Shafi, Prof Nudrat Suhail, Prof M Shahid, Prof Asif Bashir, Prof Dr Faryad Hussain, Prof Arshad Cheema, Prof Aftab Mohsin, Prof Akif Dilshad, Prof Khurram Saleem, Prof Shandana Tariq, Prof Amna Javed, Prof Amna Ahsan Cheema, Dr Shabnam M Ali, Dr Andaleeb, Dr Kaleem Ullah, Dr Saeed, Dr Aafia, Dr Hassan Salman Malik,
