LAHORE:Former Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development, Ibrahim Hasan Murad, emphasised the urgent need to tap into Pakistan’s $50 billion potential in the meat and dairy sectors. He stated that with proper strategy and innovation, Pakistan can secure a significant position in the global livestock market.

Highlighting the growing global demand for halal meat, Ibrahim Murad shared that the halal meat industry has already surpassed a value of $2.8 trillion and is projected to reach $7.5 trillion by 2032.
