LAHORE:The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) arranged the 9th Alumni Reunion & Oath-taking ceremony of Special Animals & Veterinary Emergency Relief Society (SAVERS) at the City Campus here Monday. UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Younus chaired the ceremony and administered the oath to the new office-bearers of the SAVERS.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Younus appreciated the services of SAVERS for providing treatment facilities to the farming community. He advised students to work hard with dedication and become role models for other veterinarians.
Meanwhile, the UVAS actively participated in the Dairy Asia Expo 2025. The UVAS stall at expo featured variety of dairy products (flavoured milk, cheese) and milk adulteration testing kit etc.
