Minister reviews ADP projects

LAHORE:The Punjab Minister for Health and Emergency Services Khawaja Salman Rafique Thursday reviewed the five-year strategy, ongoing progress on the ongoing Annual Development Plans 24-25 and the projects included in ADP 25-26.

Chairing the meeting, the minister said 57 precious human lives have been saved through the Air Ambulance Service and the Motorway Ambulance Service is fully prepared to provide rescue services at 74 interchanges and 1,588 kilometers. He said under the Chief Minister’s Internship Programme, 2,593 interns have been registered in the Punjab Emergency Services, and students are receiving training in colleges and universities under the Rescue Cadet Corps Programme. The minister said Community Emergency Response Teams are being formed at the Union Council level of Punjab.
