LAHORE:Major Ishaq Shaheed Flyover was inaugurated on Wednesday marking a significant step towards transforming Lahore's urban infrastructure. The inauguration ceremony was performed by former Federal Minister for Aviation and Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique.

The flyover is a pivotal part of the Walton Road Upgradation Project. Imran Amin CEO CBD Punjab, Mian Naseer, former MPA and other key officials of CBD and contractor including Asif Iqbal Director Project Management, Waseem Siddiq Director Marketing, Sameer Aftab Sial Director Architect & Planning and Asif Babar Director Construction were also present on this occasion. Completed Walton road upgradation project total cost of Rs9.5 billion with PKR 1 billion allocated to the flyover the project reflects the vision of CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz to provide state-of-the-art infrastructure for Lahore’s residents. The project features a three-way carriageway connecting Qainchi to Defence Mor and vice versa a robust drainage system and the successful relocation of the Adda Nullah.
