LAHORE : A delegation of APCA Directorate General of Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Unit called on newly appointed DG Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Khizar Afzaal at the National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday. The delegation, comprising APCA Unit President Fiaz Ali, General Secretary Nabeel Akram and other APCA members, congratulated Khizar Afzaal on assuming his charge. They also presented a bouquet to him and expressed hope that he will take effective measures for the promotion of true sports culture among the young generation across the province.
