PO arrested: Investigations Police Hayer has arrested a proclaimed offender who had stabbed his younger brother a year back over a minor domestic issue. The arrested suspect Muaz Mehmood had stabbed his younger brother Muasab Mehmood with a sharp edged knife and went into hiding in Karachi.
