MIRANSHAH: Three members of a family were shot dead in Gardai Rogha area in Dosali tehsil in North Waziristan tribal district, police said on Thursday.
They said that unidentified gunmen stormed a house at night and opened indiscriminate fire on the inmates.As a result, two men and a woman, whose names could not be ascertained, were killed on the spot.
The bodies were later taken to the hospital in Razmak for medico-legal formalities. No individual or militant group has claimed responsibility for the killings The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
