LAHORE : Five Associate Professors of Pathology serving at Post Graduate Medical Institute/Ameeruddin Medical College (PGMI/AMC) including Dr Sadia Anwar, Dr Rabia Basharat, Dr Fakeha Rehman, Dr Iram Iqbal and Dr Kokab Jabeen have been promoted as professor (grade 20) after the approval by the Punjab government.
Principal Prof Dr Al-Fareed Zafar while congratulated the promoted professors and expressed his best wishes for their future responsibilities.
He remarked that the field of pathology is considered very important in the medical profession because the diagnosis and treatment of diseases are highly dependent on pathology reports.
