LAHORE: On the instructions of LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, LDA teams conducted operations against illegal construction and elements involved in land grabbing.
LDA Private Housing Directorate staff foiled an attempt to encroach on the park site in the private housing scheme. LDA staff in an operation in a private housing scheme cleared two kanals of land.
LDA Town Planning Wing teams demolished and sealed more than a dozen illegal constructions in Gulberg, Faisal Town, Peco Road and Model Town Extension. The team demolished the illegal shops at Plot No 75 C2 in Liberty Market Gulberg 3. Illegal addition/alteration demolished in Gulberg 3 Block R, Plot No. 22 Block K, Plot No. 23 Block C One. Illegal construction was demolished on Plot No 750 and 25 in Faisal Town C Block. In Model Town Extension, plot No 461 Block Q was sealed, Plot No 196 Block S was demolished.
