LAHORE:Deputy Ambassador of Indonesia Ferri J Mordenisyha called on Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali Randhawa at his office on Friday.
During the meeting, Deputy Ambassador of Indonesia said that the Indonesia and Pakistan are the big and important countries of the Islamic world and both the countries have close brotherly relations. He informed that next year, several events will be organised regarding 75 years of friendly relations between Indonesia and Pakistan. Lahore is a historical and very beautiful city, he said. Commissioner Lahore on this occasion said that Lahore is a city rich in history, literature and culture. Full cooperation will extended in organising events regarding 75 years of friendly relations of both countries. The Indonesian Ambassador presented a book to Commissioner Lahore about the cultural history of Indonesia and Pakistan and in return, Commissioner Lahore presented him a souvenir of Alamgiri Darwaza of Shahi Qila.
