LAHORE: The senior most professor of Mechanical Engineering Department at University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore Prof Dr Nasir Hayat has been appointed as Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the varsity.
As the office of the UET VC is vacant, the new Pro VC would also perform the functions of the VC. Meanwhile the acting VC Prof Dr Habib Ur Rehman congratulated Prof Dr Nasir Hayat.
