Man accused of raping daughters, daughter-in-law

HARIPUR: A man allegedly raped his real daughters and a daughter-in-law and one of them gave birth to several children, police officials in Khanpur said on Sunday.
A complainant, who introduced herself as Khanakay, a resident of Saidu Sharif area of Swat and now living in a rented house in Bandi Bareela village in Haripur district, told the police that her real father Bakhti had been allegedly raping her for the last six years.
Unable to stop her father, the 20-year old woman conceived four babies during the six years. “He killed three of them soon after their birth, but one of the girls is alive and now five years old,” she told the Khanpur Police. The complainant also brought to police station the five-year old Laila.
Khanakay also disclosed that her elder sister Bushra Bano (22) and their sister-in-law Shaheen (26), wife of Barkat Ali, also remained the victim of her father’s inhuman instincts. “He raped all three of us,” she alleged.About the reason behind her long silence, the victim said that he always kept them confined in the house.
