Mads Mikkelsen reveals why the cast of 'Casino Royale' hated Daniel Craig

While conversing with Variety, Mads Mikkelsen revealed that Daniel Craig "was the only guy on [the set of Casino Royale] who did not know how to play poker."
"Daniel had no clue. We hated him for it," Mikkelsen stated.
