Kate Middleton 'not feeling her best' at Wimbledon appearance

Kate Middleton was reportedly not feeling her best during her Wimbledon appearance despite the roaring reception she was welcomed to. 

Her body language revealed that the Princess of Wales appeared to display signs that she was not fully herself yet, considering that this is only her second public appearance after announcing her cancer diagnosis.
