Princess Diana's wedding dress designer horrified after major blunder

Princess Diana's wedding dress designers Elizabeth and David Emanuel were left horrified after the late Princess of Wales walked down the aisle in their design. 

As per the designers, the dress itself became incredibly wrinkly, something which they did not anticipate even after having a dress rehearsal, though the material used in the imitation dress was a different material entirely.
