Prince William, Kate Middleton inherit billion-dollar fortune after Queen's passing

Prince William and Kate Middleton automatically inherited a number of estates alongside new titles following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. 

As Charles ascended to the throne as King, William was crowned Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall, whereas Kate recieved new titles of Princess of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall.
