King Charles overjoyed as monarch makes first public since cancer diagnosis

King Charles was all smiles after the monarch stepped out for a public appearance for the first time since being diagnosed with cancer. 

In his return to public service, the king paid a visit to University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre where he was welcomed by a crowd of royal fans and photographers.
