Meghan Markle’s latest appearance at a hospital, where she was visiting cancer-stricken children, saw a little issue after the Duchess of Sussex suffered from a wardrobe malfunction.

Her $4,500 Oscar de la Renta dress could be seen slightly unzipped on the side, revealing an obvious hole, which she seemingly did not notice at the time.
