Prince William's alleged mistress Rose Hanbury has filed for legal action against Stephen Colbert for joking about her and her 'affair' with the Duke of Cambridge.
The Marchioness of Cholmondeley's lawyers dubbed the rumours to be false and that it seeks for Colbert to do the same.
