Ex butler reveals Kate Middleton's whereabouts: 'I see where this is going'

Kate Middleton's absence has caused quite a stir, with the recent Kate Gate scandal which caused a flurry of speculation over the Princess of Wales' whereabouts. 

As per former butler Paul Burrell, the Duchess of Cambridge is likely resting up away from the public eye as she had intended since undergoing abdominal surgery.
