An 11-year-old girl, who had gone missing on Tuesday night in the Korangi area where another minor girl was recently found raped and murdered, was found safe on Thursday.
The girl had gone missing within the limits of the Zaman Town police station. Her aunt registered a case at the Zaman Town police station, stating that the family members were asleep on Tuesday night when she went outside the house to play in the street and since then, her whereabouts were unknown.
The complainant said her niece was mentally unfit and she feared that the girl might have been abducted. The girl was later found on Thursday in the Bengali Para area and handed over to the family.
