MARDAN: The residents here on Monday accused the staff of a utility store in Shankar locality of selling the essential food items on the black market and asked the deputy commissioner to take action against them.
Talking to reporters, one Mohsin Khan, Zahid Khan, Mohammad Ibrar, Abdul Rahman, Shafiullah, Saleem Khan and others alleged that the staff of the utility store sold ghee, sugar and flour to shopkeepers. They complained that only spices, washing powder, toiletries and other non-essential items were available at the utility store for the people.
