Two killed, 13 arrested in 54 operations by CTD Punjab
LAHORE: After the recent wave of terrorism across country particularly targeted-killing of the police officials, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Punjab has conducted the intelligence-based operations across the province to avert any untoward incident in future.
During the past seven days, the CTD Punjab has carried out 54 IBOs in different districts of the province, in which 59 suspects were detained to interrogate, while 02 alleged criminals of Laddi gang were killed and 13 were arrested. Reports said on a tip-off the CTD police conducted an operation, in which two alleged criminals of Laddi gang, identified as Khuda Bakhsh alias Khudi s/o Qaisar and Muhammad Ismail s/o Bilal were killed.
