PM to address AJK poll rallies
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will address a series of public meetings in connection with the upcoming elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
To this effect, Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur and Azad Kashmir former prime minister and President of PTI Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan called on Prime Minister Imran Khan here.
It was decided in the meeting that Imran Khan will address election rallies of PTI candidates. In this regard, he will address meetings in different divisions of Azad Kashmir. According to the programme, the premier on July 12 will address a rally in Mirpur and on July 18 in Bagh. He will address the last meeting of the election campaign in Muzaffarabad on July 23.
Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry and Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur also gave a briefing on the election campaign of the candidates to the prime minister.
