Faryal Sadiq features in 'We Rise'

KARACHI: The Pakistan Business Council (PBC) member Interloop Limited’s VP Marketing Faryal Sadiq was featured among nine trailblazing women in International Finance Corporation’s “We Rise” video, a statement said on Monday.

The PBC’s Centre of Excellence in Responsible Business (CERB) collaborates with the World Bank’s IFC on promoting gender balance in Pakistan. “This is an important facet of the work we do to promote the UN Sustainable Development Goals,” the statement said.

“Interloop (and Faryal) are regular contributors to PBC and CERB’s agenda to promote responsible work practices and to position PBC and its members as trendsetters in the country. Happily, we now have many members who are also making important contributions and a growing interest of businesses beyond PBC’s membership to learn and gear up their capacity and capability to rise to world class,” it added.
