BSEK issues exam schedule for SSC part-I, II
The Board of Secondary Education Karachi on Friday issued the schedule for annual examination of the secondary school certificate part-I and II.
According to a notification issued by BSEK Chairman Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, the examination would start from July 5. The exams were being held in two shifts. The morning shift was reserved for holding of the science group exams while the afternoon shift was for the general group examinations.
The exam duration would be 2 hours. The exams of the Science Group would be taken from 9:30am to 11:30am while the general group exams would be taken from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
According to the notification issued by the Schools Education and Literacy Department earlier, the examination would be prepared from the reduced syllabus, consisting 50 per cent (pc) multiple choice questions, 30pc short answer questions and 20pc long answer questions.
On July 5 the students of grade 10 would attempt the paper of Physics Theory in the morning, the male aspirants of the general group would attempt papers of Economics, Islamic Studies,and History of Islam while the female students would appear in House Management Reform, Islamic Studies and History of Islam exams.
